We want you to love your tonies® apparel, but if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is fully processed.
